Easily Track Potassium, Phosphorus, and Everything Else for your Kidney Diet!

If you have been looking for a food and nutrition tracking app that works for Kidney Disease patients, you know how difficult it is!  Nearly every app out there doesn't track Potassium, Phosphorus, Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium.  Well, I have been using one that does!  Best of all, it is FREE to use and syncs up your data both in the App and on the Web!  Use the App to track what you eat and drink in real time, then go to the web for graphs, charts, and reports on your total nutrition.  Below are actual screenshots of my account on the Web and the App.  I upgraded to the Gold version so that I could set minimums and maximums for each nutrient tracked - most importantly potassium and phosphorus, but the free version works great (the free version also contains small ads).  To learn more about this app, Visit Cronometer.com or use the button below to sign up for FREE!
